Open your user account and click on the Credit notes button in the Purchases section.
There you can see your open amounts, the date on which the credit note was created, as well as the credit notes you have already redeemed.
- To initiate the refund, first click on the credit you want refunded. This will lead you to a detailed overview.
- By clicking on the display button you will then be redirected to the order in which the credit note was created.
- After that you only need to confirm the button Request refund to trigger the refund.
Please note that the money transfer usually takes 1-3 business days. So it may take a little time until you have the amount available in your bank account.
